Within 12 weeks I achieved a weight loss of 6 kg worth of body fat and over 5 kg of muscle gains. Transforming from a ‘normal’ 20 year old male to a happy, fit and healthy young man. I cannot recommend ‘T’ and Fast Physiques enough! He is truly amazing and will push you to your absolute limit to achieve the results YOU deserve.

Hi I’m T, I am a PT specializing in Weight Loss, body sculpting, high intensity interval training (HIIT) cardio vascular and muscular endurance training. I have incorporated my time as a soldier in the NZ Army into my PT sessions, making each and every workout unique, intensive, gradually enabling my clients to achieve their fitness goals. As a trained expert I know what it takes to get you into shape. Whether your goals are weight loss, toning up, or a fun intense workout with guaranteed success, I’m your man.
